He is famous as a teacher whose Chinese cooking classes have been popular for the past 36 years.
Now 81, Harry talks of retiring but it won't be this year. "I do it to keep young," he said.
With Harry's major income coming from a catering company, his cooking school is aimed at culinary students of all ages who are given step-by-step instructions on making Chinese and Thai dishes, and then having the satisfaction of eating what they make.
"For me, it's a labour of love," Harry said, and, it's worth noting that Harry's students love what they eat!
Harry's cooking school is in the Uniting Church Hall, 47 Bruce Street, Brighton-Le-Sands.
