A former Scout leader accused of sexually abusing three boys at Beverly Hills and Mortdale in the 1970s and 1980s appeared in Kogarah Local Court on Tuesday.
Darryl Rubiolo, 63, was arrested by St George police detectives on January 31 after three men came forward with allegations last year.
Police allege Mr Rubiolo indecently and sexually assaulted three boys, aged nine, 13 and 14, between 1975 and 1987 while he was a Scout leader at South Punchbowl, Caringbah North and Miranda East where the boys were members.
Mr Rubiolo was charged with four counts of indecent assault, three counts of sexual assault, indecent assault under authority (child between 14 and 16 years) and indecent assault under authority (child under 16 years).
He appeared in Kogarah Local Court on Tuesday and was given conditional bail. The matter is expected to be heard in the Downing Centre Court on May 1.
