The public event will include visits by guest authors including Morris Gleitzman.
There will be book signings, workshops, storytelling and musical and theatre performances.
Children, adults, school and childcare groups are all welcome to attend.
The Montessori method of education fosters a child's desire to learn by teaching them through their interests.
The central target is to help children learn love reading books. A benefactor will cover author fees for the festival and organisers will provide free entry to all the festival sessions.
