Kogarah mayor Stephen Agius performed a re-opening ceremony at the fun-filled event.
There was a live broadcast by 2KY Racing Radio.
General manager Grant Amer said the club was thrilled about the new facilities.
"Our club has had a total revamp and we're so proud to deliver this to the Kogarah community," he said.
"We experienced some financial hardship in recent times and decided to partner with Tabcorp Gaming Solutions to improve . . . amenities for the members.
"Kogarah is a smaller RSL branch and we hope to increase our membership base with the amazing new facility we have."
Kogarah RSL had donated $30,000 to community causes last year.
