The Sharks host the under-16 Harold Matthews and U18 SG Ball fixtures with the teams evenly matched.
In the younger age group St George have started the season in fantastic fashion losing just one match, while the Sharks have struggled with one win from three.
Cronulla sit 11th on the ladder, St George fourth, with both teams having had a bye.
The Dragons easily beat winless North Sydney 58-12 last week with co-captain Matt Dufty scoring a hat-trick of tries. Cronulla defeated South West Sydney Academy 26-12 after converting just one of their six tries.
In the U18s, the Sharks are undefeated with three wins and a draw from their first four games and sit in fourth spot after beating Melbourne Storm 23-16 on Saturday.
Sixth-placed St George have had mixed results with one win, two draws and a loss from the opening month.
Only four points separate fifth and 16th spot. Harold Matthews kicks-off at 6.15pm and will be directly followed by SG Ball at Toyota Stadium.
