St George Hospital should not consider outsourcing operations to the Prince of Wales Hospital, wherever that is.
I was recently in the day surgery and it was hard enough to get picked up from there, just to go home to Carlton.
I have seen many other patients also waiting to be collected and most of these would be from the local area, especially the elderly.
I think the government is a joke if they are forcing St George to outsource surgery.
Come on politicians, support St George Hospital and live in the real world. The very caring medical staff at the hospital do.
Or will the community buses have to start running between hospitals in future?
