Gunman arrested at Dutch TV network: Video

Police have successfully arrested an armed man who demanded airtime on the Netherlands' national broadcaster NOS.

The gunman entered the NOS offices on Thursday but was overpowered. Local reports said the man was demanding to go on air.

 An 8pm local time NOS broadcast displayed a message reading "In connection with circumstances, no broadcast is available at this time".

But behind the scenes the cameras were running and the unedited video was put online as soon as the drama ended.
