Sutherland's under-14s took out the championship division played over three days at Baulkham Hills.
More than 3500 netballers made up 294 teams from 83 associations across NSW contested this year's championships.
Four divisions were held across four age groups hosted by Baulkham Hills, Eastwood Ryde, Penrith and Hawkesbury City.
For Sutherland's under-14s team it was their third consecutive year on the podium.
The girls won the tournament as under-12s then finished runners-up in 2014 to Liverpool City.
But Sutherland would gain revenge for last year when the title came down to the second-last game of the tournament.
Sutherland downed Liverpool in the penultimate game by three goals to secure the championship on Monday.
Sutherland Shire Netball Association president Maria Bettini said the girls were thrilled.
"They are a pretty awesome bunch of girls," she said.
"They only lost two games and drew one out of 19 games. We're very proud of them as we are of all our teams who competed."
Sutherland's under-15s team also made the podium, finishing third in the championship division.
The under-12s (fourth) and under-13s (seventh) also performed well.
St George Netball Association also had four teams competing with their under-15s side finishing sixth in division two while the under-14s came ninth in their championship division.
St George's under-12s and under-13s teams came 10th and 11th in their championship divisions respectively.
Netball NSW president Wendy Archer thanked the players, coaches, umpires and officials who helped make the tournament's more than 5000 matches possible.
