August 5 is the one-year mark to the start of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.&nbsp; And while people surf at Ipanema beach, located outside Guanabara Bay, the Rio government promised to clean 80 per cent of the pollution and waste in the bay which will host sailing events. But now, ahead of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, they admits that goal is unlikely to be reached.&nbsp;
