Parking continues to be a headache around the store, with many shoppers spending considerable time searching for a car space.
The car park has a time restriction of two hours between 8:30am and 6pm on Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Despite the restrictions, many shoppers have complained that parking spaces are being used by residents and commuters travelling from the nearby train station.
Council parking inspectors have begun issuing warning notices for cars that breach the parking restrictions.
Fines will be issued to offending vehicles after October 20.
The enforcement is not expected to affect Woolworths staff, who have allocated parking areas along the Arncliffe Street entrance and exit.
