The traditional rivals meet early in the new season with a big crowd expected to see the Dragons and the Sharks clash in the shire that day.
Other matches for the Dragons made by public by the NRL for next year’s draw are:
- round three against South Sydney on Sunday, March 20, at the Sydney Cricket Ground
- round four, the Dragons tackle Penrith, with former Dragon Trent Merrin wearing Panthers colours for the first time against his old club.
Venue for this match is yet to be decided between Jubilee Oval, Kogarah, or WIN Stadium.
The NRL will release the full 2016 season draw this week.
