A man has been charged following investigations into a stabbing last night.
Police were called to a residential property at about 7.20pm on Kentucky Road, Riverwood, where they found a man, 18, suffering a stab wound to his back.
He was taken to St George Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Campsie Police said he was stabbed at a park at the end of Bell Street, Punchbowl, where the 18-year-old and his younger brother met four men.
The four men ran from the park and the two brothers walked back to their Kentucky Road property where emergency services were called.
One man, 21, was arrested and taken to Campsie Police Station where he was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and affray.
He was refused bail and is due to appear in Burwood Local Court today.
Investigations are continuing.
