- Schedule study times and breaks. A timetable can help to spread the subjects evenly.
- Make sure the environment students are studying in is away from interruptions.
- Study different subjects each day and study them in differing ways to avoid boredom.
- Ensure students have breaks and plenty of good food, water and physical activity.
- Students should give themselves a reward for studying, such as watching their favourite TV show or seeing friends.
- Students can ask others to quiz them on what they have learnt from their study, by creating questions, or using questions from past exams.
There are also apps available for phone and iPad that could help students to study effectively.
