Fire House’s gift for mums

Neil Ghantous is the owner and chef of both the Firehouse Grill and Firefly Espresso on Pitt Street, Mortdale.

With 17 years experience in the industry and as a life long resident of the St George area, Mr Ghantous said he noticed the need and opportunity for a top quality steakhouse in the area.

“I then found the current premises and set about fulfilling my dream of having my own restaurant,” he said.

Mr Ghantous said he aimed to serve top quality food, provide friendly service and develop a loyal customer base.

”Our goal and aim is to provide our customers with an excellent experience.
