However, Cronulla nightclub Fusion remains on the list and will continue to be subject to restrictions on the serving of alcohol.
Fifteen incidents of violence were recorded for Fusion in the last 12 months, placing it in the level two category of 12 to 18 incidents in a year
Ten incidents were recorded for Miranda Hotel.
Level two restrictions include ceasing alcohol service 30 minutes before closing, no glass or breakable containers after midnight, alcohol time-outs or free water and food for 10 minutes every hour after midnight, a requirement to maintain a detailed incident register whenever trading and extra compliance monitoring.
Deputy Premier Troy Grant said the latest list showed a 10 per cent reduction in alcohol-related incidents.
There were 180 incidents, compared with 200 in the last list published in December.
The list is updated twice a year with the number of alcohol-related violent incidents at venues over a 12 months.
Only one venue, Home Nightclub in the Sydney CBD, with 19 incidents, was the venue listed in category one.
Fusion nightclub was one of 11 category two venues.
