The person behind SmartCare, Lyn Cecil, has been providing nursing care services for close to 20 years, after she raised a physically-challenged child. Her first hand experience of the difficulties faced by people with a disability inspires her to assist the frail aged and wheelchair bound to experience mobility as enjoyed by others in the community.
