Beverly Hills-based company Right2Drive was ranked third on the list of fastest-growing, start-up businesses in Australia for 2016. It was also ranked number one for NSW.
A list is compiled each year by The Australian Financial Review, called the BRW Fast Starters list, featuring the 100 fastest-growing, start-up businesses in Australia.
To be recognised on the list for 2016 a company had to have commenced trading on or after July 1, 2012.
Four-year-old company Right2Drive shot up the list in 2016 with revenue of $30.78 million.
Right2Drive managing director Damian Mullins said they were grateful to the thousands of St George and Sutherland Shire residents who supported the business since it opened in November 2012.
Right2Drive provides replacement cars to not-at-fault drivers who are left without a car as a result of a motor accident.
The company has over 1800 cars and employs over 150 staff, across 19 branches in Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Mullins put Right2Drive’s success down to customer service.
“Customers and repairers tell us that they love our staff and our service. We operate 24/7, as accidents don’t always happen 9-5 on weekdays. We also deliver our car to your door or to the repairer of your choice,” he said.
“Since we opened, we have made it our mission to let the motoring public know their rights and we have helped over 40,000 people to date.”
