Bee-utiful work Dunc
When a large swarm of honey bees attempted to find a new home on the balcony where we were housesitting, Duncan from 'Dunc's Honey' came to the rescue!
We had managed to lure the bees into a box with their queen but had no idea what to do next.
Dunc carefully moved the bees into a small transporter hive (receiving countless stings in the process), all with a smile on his face and a thumbs up, as we watched, fascinated, from inside.
He then accepted no payment, instead gifting us with a jar of his delicious honey! What a local legend!

Help at rock pool
I wish to thank Paulette and Fernando and another gentleman for their generous and kind help when I slipped on the algae-covered area next to the South Cronulla rock pool and broke my ankle.

Medical report returned
I recently visited my local GP to discuss a pathology report.
After receiving a copy of the report, I rode my bike to Shelly Beach as it was a nice sunny day.
When I got back home, the report was missing - dropped from my pocket.
Shortly after, I found that the report had been placed into my letterbox by a person/persons unknown.
I greatly appreciated this act of kindness from one stranger to another.

Bag left on the bus
On Sunday, April 9 we caught the 947 bus at 4pm with our shopping bags, got off at our stop and then discovered we forgot one bag.
We rang the depot on Monday to report it.
They were very helpful and they found it. Yesterday we went to pick it up.
Honesty still prevails.
We wish to thank the honest driver and the lady at the depot in Kingsgrove.
