Child sex charges after Engadine home searched
A man will face court today after being charged with child sex offences.
In September 2016, detectives arrested and charged a 65-year-old man over alleged child sex offences involving two young girls known to him.
During a subsequent search warrant at a Engadine home investigators seized a computer and electronic storage devices.
Following analysis he was arrested at a Engadine home at 1.15pm on Tuesday.
He was taken to Sutherland Police Station and charged with six counts of producing child abuse material and two counts of bestiality.
He was refused bail to appear in Sutherland Local Court on Wednesday.
