A man has been arrested in Queensland over the alleged murder of Ace Hall at Tweed Heads on the weekend.

Mr Hall was shot in the torso, before being driven four kilometres to Tweed Heads Hospital by a woman believed to be his girlfriend, about 4.30pm on Saturday.
The 31-year-old was immediately treated by doctors, but died soon after.
Strike Force Varndell was established to investigate the death of the alleged standover man.
A property in an industrial area on Machinery Drive at Tweed Heads was shut down on Sunday as homicide detectives searched for clues in connection to the shooting.
On Monday afternoon, police located a car believed to be linked to the shooting. A white Holden Commodore was found about 1pm on Steep Street in Tweed Heads.
Evidence including a crowbar has been removed from the vehicle which is believed to belong to Mr Hall.
In the early hours of Tuesday morning, police located another vehicle of interest, a Toyota Corolla, at a service station on the Mount Lindesay Highway at Jimboomba.
About 4.30am on Tuesday, a 33-year-old man was arrested without incident and taken to the Southport Watch House.
The man is expected to appear in Southport Local Court on Tuesday, where police will apply for him to be extradited to NSW.
