The warm ambience and raw feel it can bring to a home makes it timeless.
Focus on Furniture’s latest range of timber furniture, has been made to suit any home.
Samantha Clarke is the marketing manager at Focus on Furniture. She said while it is timeless, different timber furniture pieces emanate unique characteristics.
“There are so many types of timber available and each piece has unique characteristics. From Tasmanian Oak, Blackwood or Acacia wood there is something for everyone,” Ms Clarke said.
The newly launched Alba range is crafted from brushed acacia wood and offers a modern urban chic look. The beautifully subtle finish gives character and enhances the texture of the timber.
“The addition of black metal gives a touch of industrial style to this range which will give a contemporary look to any home,” she said.
Focus on Furniture’s new Trentham range features a stunning natural Blackwood timber grain with rich, walnut wood tones. Angled tapered legs and cut-in rounded handles add to the appealing retro style of this range.
Then there is the Alice range that will make a contemporary addition to any home. The light Tasmanian oak finish enhances the contrasting grain to give flare.
“Choosing quality wood furniture is a great way to showcase your uniqueness and to add character to your home. It has a timeless look that gives any interior a warm and homely feel.”
The warm honey tones of the Mosaic range is an example of this fresh design approach with a rough sawn finish and a stunning parquetry design, highlighted with contrasting timber tones.
Samantha said each of the new Focus on Furniture timber ranges feature the classic appeal of timber with a fresh, modern take.
For example, the clever blend of materials, such as wood with metal and modern design features that are on-trend, balances tradition with the new.
“The beauty of timber is its versatility, you can mix and match to suit contemporary or traditional styles.”
