A rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views is a feature of the latest release of apartments in the Woolooware Bay Town Centre development.
The building, called Crest, will go on sale to off-the-plan buyers on the weekend.
Crest contains 118 apartments, comprising 47 one-bedroom units, 65 two-bedroom, five three-bedroom and a penthouse.
It is the second building in stage three of the development in which Capital Bluestone and the Cronulla Sharks are partners.
Capital Bluestone managing director Ben Fairfax said all 55 apartments in the first release, Pier, sold in late 2014.
Mr Fairfax said the final two buildings in stage three, named Links and Grove Terraces, were expected to be offered for sale later this year.
“Residents moved into stage one in December, 2016, while the two buildings in stage two, Landings and Cove, are expected to be completed early next year,” he said.
Mr Fairfax said earlier releases included features such as a rooftop cinema, private spa, sauna, indoor lap pool and gym.
The latest release was set to deliver “even more sky-high luxury”, he said.
“Designed by award-winning architects Turner, the Crest building introduces a ‘wave’ element on the façade, accentuated by bronze detailing, and crowned by a residents-only infinity edge pool and pool club with 360 degree district and water views stretching across to the Sydney CBD skyline,” he said.
Cronulla Sharks chief executive Lyall Gorman said the strong community-oriented nature of the development was aligned with the club’s role and vision.
Mr Gorman said it was “an absolute delight to be a part of the development of this new and vibrant community”.
“While there is still a considerable amount to accomplish, the entire Woolooware Bay precinct will become an integral part of our club and one of which the whole of the shire should be rightly proud,” he said.
