Zumba is back in the ‘burbs with a new program designed to boost physical activity.
Zumba Gold is a low-impact exercise program that aims to encourage older people to get back on their feet as they recover from injury, physical limitations or pregnancy.
To celebrate Seniors Week in April, there will be a Zumba class at 2pm on April 6 at Mortdale RSL.
Participants will learn the mambo, cha-cha and the tango.
So get your sparkle on – dress up in something bright and shiny, and have an afternoon of fun.
