Sutherland remain top of the Sydney Premier Hockey League table after thrashing Ryde 4-0 on Saturday.
Goals to Kieran Govers, Matthew Johnson, Jack Hayes and Christian Halyard saw Sutho run out comfortable winners at Sylvania. Goalkeeper Nathan Akroyd was named man of the match after making a number of impressive saves.
Sutho now have six wins from their opening seven matches and remain undefeated so far in 2018.
Second grade also had a strong win getting up 4-2 while third grade went down 5-1. Fifth and sixth grade came back from 1-0 deficits to record 3-1 and 3-2 victories respectively on Sunday.
Sutherland face a tricky away trip to Pennant Hills to face Gordon North Sydney in round eight on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Sutherland’s under-18s team enjoyed success at the NSW state championships in Bathurst, taking out the division two title.
Sutho beat Newcastle to reach the final where they downed Grafton 2-1.
