Cronulla Sharks took time out from the grassy field to chat with year 10 students in the classroom about well-being during and after their education.
Jayden Brailey, Kyle Flanagan and Bronson Xerri, who are all also former students of the college, spoke to teenagers about training plans, coaching techniques, well-being, resilience and career pathways.
As a Sharks ambassador school, the college aims to inspire its students through mentor visits.
Teacher Charlie McGee says it's an opportunity for students to connect to the sporting community.
"The students are studying a unit on coaching and the boys provided the students with valuable information on diet, training schedules and work/family life balance," he said.
