The balls were flying as Scott Morrison joined Adelaide kids for an impromptu sports carnival while promising money for oval lights, cricket nets and tennis courts without cracks.

"Got any John Alexanders here?" the prime minister asked to some blank looks from the budding tennis players.
"Any Ash Bartys?"
He took his turn with the racket, lobbing balls to students on a school holiday tennis camp at the Bellevue Heights courts and ducking for cover when one boy unexpectedly returned a forceful volley.
Mr Morrison also kicked goals with the Sturt Lions under 12s soccer team. "If you hit one of the cameramen you get extra points," he joked.
He then batted away a cricket ball tossed by youngsters from Bellevue Heights Primary School, who'd written to him asking for new practice nets.
The grants come under a community sporting infrastructure program announced in April's budget that would start next financial year.
They've been promised by local Liberal Nicolle Flint, who holds Boothby by 2.7 points.
She supported Peter Dutton in the leadership change last August but is standing by Mr Morrison now.
"I know that Labor and GetUp and the unions want to keep focusing on this issue and distract voters with this issue but we have a clear choice at this election," she told reporters.
"It's a choice between Prime Minister Scott Morrison, strong economy, lower taxes, guaranteeing essential services or Bill Shorten and tax, tax, tax."
Mr Morrison also highlighted the choice in his speech revving up the party faithful at the launch of Ms Flint's campaign at the Seacliff Surf Life Saving Club, saying this was Australia's "Sliding Doors" moment.
About 35 noisy union members gathered outside the club, holding signs which read "Flint: Likes Dutton, Likes Cuttin'", and chanting: "In four weeks you've got a choice; no more Dutton, no more Joyce."
Earlier, the prime minister admired local honey, enthused about fresh turmeric and asked the prices of DIY hire tools and machines while visiting Boothby and neighbouring seat Mayo.
The party hopes star candidate Georgina Downer can win Mayo back from Centre Alliance incumbent Rebekha Sharkie, who has a five point buffer.
The coalition is promising to kickstart a new Australian business growth fund with $100 million of capital it hopes banks and superannuation funds will add to, although so far only NAB is on board.
The fund would provide equity investment capital to small and medium businesses and is hoped to mature to $1 billion within five years.
It is also pledging that a focus on expanding the economy will help create 250,000 new small businesses over the next five years.
