Bayside Council's Ramadan food festival is become a spectacular success.
The festival is being held in Rockdale each Saturday night during Ramadan, May 11 to June 1, allowing visitors to sample the food of Indonesia, Egypt and Turkey amongst others.
The family-friendly night food market is be an opportunity for the whole community to share the spirit of Ramadan, Bayside Council mayor, Bill Saravinovski said.
"Ramadan at Bayside is a community fair - to break the day's Ramadan fast - and the chance to share the hospitality and food of our multicultural community during this special month.
Ramadan in Rockdale will continue this Saturday May 25 and Saturday June 1 from 7pm to 11.30pm in Walz Street, Rockdale.
