Engadine's Taj Lynch has been included in the Pararoos squad for the IFCPF World Cup in Spain next month.
Lynch was named in Pararoos head coach Kai Lammert's 14-player squad that will travel to Seville to take on Argentina, Spain and Ukraine in group C.
Australia will play Germany in friendly matches near Munich on July 1 and 2.
Lynch will look to add to his six international caps in Spain, with the Engadine Eagles product having scored one goal for the Pararoos.
The Pararoos are Australia's national side for athletes with cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury or symptoms acquired from stroke, who proudly wear the green and gold in international seven-a-side competition.
Lammert said he believed his side could achieve a top 10 finish despite being drawn in a difficult pool.
"Our preparation for this year's IFCPF World Cup has been thorough with the team having had three camps at Football NSW headquarters in Glenwood in the build up to the tournament," he said.
"The time that we will have in Oberhaching will help us fine tune our plans leading up to the tournament and the games that we will play against Germany, who are also bound for the World Cup, will offer fantastic preparation.
"The 14 players that have been selected for this year's World Cup have all overcome obstacles in their lives to earn selection in this squad, so it is a special moment for all of the boys that have been picked and they are ready to represent Australia with passion and pride."
Australia face Ukraine in their first match of the tournament on July 7.
