COUNTRY music power duo Luke O'Shea and Lyn Bowtell have joined forces in his first release in three years.
Sing Me A Story is no exception to O'Shea's moving musical style - and it's all about the love of a darn good story.
"[It's about] how we can apply those stories to our own lives and learn from them," he said.
"Sing Me A Story is also about highlighting our ancient need to express these stories through art, be it through a song, dance, or being scratched into a cave wall."
Lyn Bowtell lends her rich vocals to the single.
The old friends have been travelling nationally on their Love and Laughter Tour which makes a stop at the Brass Monkey in Cronulla on Saturday, October 26.
Luke and Lyn will share songs, stories and laughter, as they combine on stage to create a live music event even greater than the sum of its already impressive parts.
"We open the show with Love and Laughter and we have found it really sets the bar for what is to come," O'Shea said.
