The former Kyeemagh RSL Club house is being offered for lease by Bayside Council.
The property at 96 Mutch Avenue, Kyeemagh includes a main bar area, bistro and kitchen, gaming rooms and main stage area.
The St George Randwick Hockey Club holds a licence agreement over the area offered and is not included in the tender.
The council says the space would space would suit a community service.

The Kyeemagh RSL and Community Club operated on the edge of the Cooks River for 53 years and closed in 2017 "for renovations".
But last year the club's directors advised Bayside Council that the club was no longer financially viable and would be wound up.
The Kyeemagh RSL Club is one of a number of properties being offered for lease by Bayside Council.
These include The C-Side restaurant located at 2 Cook Park, General Holmes Drive, Kyeemagh.
It is the first time in 25 years it has been offered for lease and is due to the expiry of a long-term lease.
Described by the council as a "fantastic location" the building is close to the beach and surrounded by a significant public reserve with direct access to parking.
The council is seeking "innovative proposals from proven operators to rehabilitate and subsequently lease a prominent site within Cook Park, Kyeemagh, fronting General Holmes Drive, based on commercial terms".
Tenders close on Wednesday, December 18.
Other council properties for lease include two suites at 405 Bexley Road, Bexley.
The property located within the Bexley shopping precinct, has ramp access, swipe card entry and public parking at the front, and is described as suitable for community groups. The RFT closes December 4.
There is an office suite located in a high-rise development at 36-42 Princess Street, Brighton-le-Sands.
This is also described as suitable for community groups.
