A sub-penthouse in Cronulla has broken the record for the highest price paid for an apartment in the Sutherland Shire.
The beachside sub-penthouse sold for $10.25 million.
Multi-award-winning developer Sammut Developments, in partnership with Leda Living and Rebel Property Group MH successfully sold the sub-penthouse at Ozone Cronulla.
Highland Property Group CEO David Highland said Ozone Cronulla sets the bar for luxury living in Cronulla.
"Ozone features 38 spectacular beachside apartments," he said.
"They are magnificently oversized residences, and they are simply breathtaking.
They have views across the ocean from South Cronulla to North Cronulla beach, and each residence offers elegance and prestige."
The record-breaking sale comes during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The latest ANZ-Property Council Survey claims the coronavirus pandemic has continued to stifle the property industry with investor sentiment sinking to levels last seen just after the global financial crisis a decade ago.
