* Seven deaths, taking the state's toll to 794 and national figure to 882
* The deaths are one man in his 60s, one man in his 70s, two men and a woman in their 80s and one man and one woman in their 90s
* Six of the deaths are linked to aged care
* 10 new cases - three of them linked to known outbreaks and complex cases, seven under investigation, one reclassified. No new cases in regional Victoria
* 14-day rolling case average is 18.2 for Melbourne and 0.6 for regional Victoria
* Cases with an unknown source from September 12-25 total 27 for Melbourne and none for regional Victoria

POLICE FINES
* 67 fines issued in the last 24 hours, including nine for not wearing a face covering and 18 at vehicle checkpoints
RESTRICTIONS
* Melbourne's night time curfew lifted at 5am on Monday.
* As of 11:59pm on Sunday, a number of restrictions have been eased, allowing some 127,000 workers to return to on-site work.
* Child care open for all kids. No permit is required and there are no distance limits.
* The two-hour exercise limit within five kilometres remains but can now be taken near workplaces as well as homes.
* A household, or maximum of five people from no more than two households, are able to gather outside.
* Outdoor pools can reopen.
* The limit on one person from each household going shopping just once a day has been lifted.
* Religious activities of up to five people, plus one faith leader for outdoor gatherings and ceremonies, are permitted.
* From October 12, Melbourne primary school, special school students and VCAL students will return to classroom learning.
* Gap of at least three weeks before the next easing of Melbourne restrictions
