Acclaimed Sydney show band, the Starliners, is bringing its smash hit show 'Girl Power from the 60s' to Club Central at Menai on October 18.
The Starliners present a two-hour cabaret-style show that accurately conveys the visual and musical vibe of the top female acts of the 60s.
The three talented singers use outstanding vocal harmony, great choreography, and several authentic costumes of that era to give a sense of time an place.
The singers are backed by a top-shelf band full of some of Sydney's best musicians.
The show features the hits of the Supremes, Aretha Franklin, Lulu, The Crystals, Dusty Springfield, Lesley Gore and many more.
Starliners frontman Wayne Thomas said after some time off from gigs due to COVID the band is raring to go.
"This is a COVID safe event and we are honoured that Club Central at Menai has chosen us to restart its show schedule for the public," he said.
"Obviously, seating is limited, so bookings are essential."
