A Mortdale man was allegedly five times over the blood alcohol limit when he crashed into a brick wall and two parked cars at Oatley yesterday.
Police said the man, 33, recorded a breath analysis reading of 0.243.
"About 4.20pm (Friday), a grey Volkswagen sedan, driven by a 33-year-old man, hit a brick wall on Woronora Parade, Oatley," a police statement said.
"The driver allegedly reversed the vehicle and continuing driving along Boundary Road towards Hurstville Road and onto Oatley Avenue before it collided with two parked cars.
"Officers attached to St George Police Area Command attended and the driver participated in a roadside breath test that allegedly returned a positive result.
"The man was arrested and taken to Kogarah Police Station where a subsequent breath analysis returned a reading of 0.243.
"He man was charged with high range PCA and not give particulars to owner of damaged property.
"The Mortdale man was granted conditional bail to appear in Sutherland Local Court on Tuesday 1 December."
