The plans include designs for a new cafe building replacing the 60-year-old Le Beach Hut Cafe along with an upgraded playspace.
"The designs for both projects are intended to complement the landscape and let the natural beauty of the Reserve shine," a council spokesperson said.
"They also aim to improve accessibility for all members of the community."
Residents are invited to have their ay on one, or both, of these projects by 31 January 2020.
