The FSG Board and members overwhelmingly supported the nomination put forward by Carlton Rovers FC at their recent AGM.
Carlton FC club said in its nomination "For what seems like an eternity, Jacky has fulfilled the Competition Secretary role with great distinction and application.
"Her grasp of scheduling, grading and commitment to finding a solution when issues arise over many years has allowed all Clubs and their Players to continue to play games of football throughout the season."
Jacky has previously been awarded the Associations' prestigious Gold Medal and has received a Football NSW State Award for her contribution to football in St George.
Jacky's life membership is richly deserved and the appropriate recognition for such a valuable contributor to football in the St George region.
