A hotel quarantine guard, who has tested positive for COVID-19, visited several venues in St George, including Bexley Aquatic Centre on one occasion and a Hurstville coffee shop on five consecutive days.
The guard also travelled by train between Hurstville and the City.
NSW Health was notified on Saturday night, March 13, of the new case, who is now in isolation.
"All four household contacts of this case have so far tested negative for COVID-19," a statement said.
"They will self-isolate for 14 days.
"NSW Health has been notified of a number of venues and public transport routes which have been visited by the confirmed case."
Anyone who visited Pancakes on the Rocks, 507 King Georges Rd, Beverly Hills on Saturday, 13 March, from 10.45am-12pm is considered a close contact and should immediately be tested and isolate for 14 days regardless of the result:
Anyone who was a customer at any of the following venues at the listed times should monitor for symptoms, and if they appear, immediately be tested and isolate until a negative result is received. If symptoms reappear, they should be tested again.

- Hurstville, Hudson's Coffee Shop in Hurstville Private Hospital, Every day from Monday 8 March to Friday March 12, between 8.30am-9am.
- Hurstville, Coles at Hurstville Station, Wednesday, 10 March, 8pm-9pm.
Anyone who travelled on the following train services during the time and date indicated should monitor for symptoms, and if they appear immediately get tested and isolate until a negative result is received. If symptoms reappear, get tested and isolate again.
- T4 line, Hurstville to Central, Friday, 12 March, Departing 6pm Hurstville and arriving Central at 6.30pm.
- T4 line, Central to Hurstville, Saturday, 13 March, Departing Central 7am and arriving Hurstville at 7.30am.
The statement said the source of this new infection is under investigation and urgent genome sequencing is underway.
