The latest testing of staff and patients at The Palms Aged Care centre at Kirrawee had produced negative results, management reported in an update on Thursday.
"The testing follows one member of staff testing positive in a COVID-19 test two days ago," a statement on the website said.
"The person and her close contacts are now in isolation and off site.
"Testing of residents and staff will continue on a regular basis and the facility is undergoing regular deep cleaning and in full lockdown, with staff wearing personal protective equipment to allow them to continue caring for the 65 residents, all of whom are fully vaccinated.
"Vaccinations of the remaining few of the unvaccinated 65 staff in the facility, were held yesterday and are expected to continue today."
