Dolls Point water polo player Keesja Gofers scored in the Aussie Stingers first game at the Tokyo Olympics with the green and gold women taking the 8-5 win over Canada.
With no International competition for a year the Stingers came out firing with Olympic debutante Bronte Halligan scoring a hat trick.
Additional goals came from dual Olympians Gofers, Captain Rowie Webster, Zoë Arancini and four time Olympian Bron Knox.
The Aussie Sharks men's team wasn't as successful going down fighting to an inform Montenegro 15-10.
