The number of active COVID-19 cases in the St George area has risen to 279, according to the latest NSW Health figures - an increase of 42 cases since Friday.
The Map of NSW COVID-19 positive cases and testing by postcode on the NSW Health website shows COVID-19 cases linked to postcodes in St George has continued to rise.
The largest number of active cases is in the 2207 postcode, in the Bayside LGA, which takes in Bexley, Bexley North, Bardwell Park, where there are 58 active cases, up from 50 last Friday.
Next is the 2210 postcode, which takes in Lugarno, Riverwood, Peakhurst, Peakhurst Heights, and Oatley Park, but is part of both Georges River and Canterbury-Bankstown LGAs, which has 28 active cases, up from 23 on Friday.
The 2221 postcode, which takes in Blakehurst, Carss Park, Connells Point, Kyle Bay, South Hurstville and part of Kogarah Bay, has 27 active cases (unchanged).
The 2205 postcode, which takes in Wolli Creek, Turrella and Arncliffe, and is part of Bayside LGA, has seen a big jump, with 26 active cases, up from 11 on Friday.
The 2218 postcode, which includes Allawah and Carlton, and is part of Bayside LGA, has 25 active cases, up from 23 on Friday.
The 2216 postcode, which includes Rockdale, Banksia, Brighton-Le-Sands and Kyeemagh, and is part of Bayside LGA, now has 22 active cases, up from 20.
The 2220 postcode, which takes in Hurstville and Hurstville Grove, and is part of Georges River LGA, has 21 active cases, up from 17 on Friday.
The 2209 postcode, which takes in Beverly Hills and Narwee, but is also part of both Georges River and Canterbury-Bankstown LGAs, also has 21 active cases, up from 20.

2219 postcode, which takes in Dolls Point, Sandringham and Sans Souci, and is part of Bayside, 10 active cases (down from nine on Friday).
2223 postcode, which takes in Mortdale and Oatley, in Georges River, has nine active cases (down from 10).
2208 postcode, which takes in Kingsgrove, and is in Georges River, has 11 active case (up from 10).
2217 postcode, which takes in Ramsgate, Ramsgate Beach, Monterey, Beverley Park, Kogarah and Kogarah Bay, and is part of Bayside, has 14 active cases (up from 12).
2222 postcode, which takes in Penshurst, and is part of Georges River LGA, has seven active cases (up from five on Friday).
