Bayside Council has released details of its path to reopening over the next few weeks.
The council's Eastgardens and Rockdale Customer Service Centres will reopen Monday, 25 October 2021.
The centres will be be open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Proof of Vaccination, QR code or sign in, will- be required and masks are to be worn indoors, with numbers limited to the four- square-metre rule.
Rockdale and Eastgardens Libraries will reopen for fully-vaccinated patrons from Monday, 25 October and will operate Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Requirements are Proof of Vaccination, QR code or sign in, mask to be worn indoors, numbers limited to the 4 square metre rule.
Click and collect' will still be available for all library members from Monday 25 October to Wednesday 1 December 2021.
Operating hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, Saturdays 9:30am to 4:30pm, Sundays (Rockdale Only) 1:30pm-3:30pm.
Requirements: QR code or sign in, mask to be worn, contactless collection of reserved items at entry to library only. Library programs and activities will resume in 2022.
The pool and gym at the Angelo Anestis (Bexley) Aquatic Centre are now open Monday to Friday 5:30am to 9:00pm; Saturday and Sunday 6:00am to 8:00pm.
Learn to swim classes, fitness and aquatic programs resume on Monday, 18 October 2021.
Requirements: Proof of Vaccination, QR code or sign in, mask to be worn in all indoor areas, including the gym, numbers limited to the four square metres rule indoors and two square metres outdoors.
Botany Aquatic Centre is open 7 days 6am to 7pm.

Bayside Garden Centre is now open, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.45pm. Saturday 9am to 2pm.
Requirements: Proof of Vaccination, QR code or sign in, mask to be worn indoors, numbers limited to the four square-metres rule indoors and 2 square metres outdoors.
Community Recycling Drop Off
Open from Saturday 16 October at the Botany Depot and Saturday 6 November at Bexley Depot. Saturday 7am - 2pm.
Requirements: QR code check-in, Proof of Vaccination , Proof of Bayside residence, Masks to be worn and you must always remain in your vehicle.
Council staff will empty the contents of your vehicle (there is a limit of three cubic metres/1 box trailer equivalent).
Council staff will wipe down your vehicle door handles with hospital-grade Viraclean disinfectant
No more than four vehicles will be allowed into the site at any one time.
Halls and community centers
All Bayside Council community centres, halls, meeting rooms and Senior Citizen Centres will be available for hire from Monday 25 th October 2021.
Fitness and Recreation Centres
Arncliffe Youth Centre Reopens Monday 25 th October 2021. Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Botany Golf Course and Pro Shop
Open 7 days from 6:00 am till 6:00pm
Tennis Courts
Open for bookings with adherence to the Public Health Order.
Fully vaccinated numbers restricted to 2 square metre rule. Unvaccinated restricted to two players only.
Parks and Foreshore
Available for public use with adherence to the Public Health Order
Fully vaccinated groups of 20. Unvaccinated groups of two.
The 2 square metre rule still applies outdoors.
Squash Courts
Mutch Park Squash Courts remain closed until further notice.
