Some of Australia's most talented performers will make their way to The Barracks at North Head next year for a unique outdoor series.
Performers from music, theatre, ballet, dance, rock opera and jazz will entertain under the stars from February 24 to March 27 - and Australian Community Media has 21 double passes to give away!
Artists like Jessica Mauboy, David Campbell, James Morrison, David Hobson, Lucy Durack and the Australian Rock Collective, among many others, will share their talents in the natural beauty of the Manly destination across five epic weekends.
"I am excited to be invited to be a part of Night at the Barracks at North Head, with an incredible line-up of talent," Mauboy said.
"It's such a beautiful and historic site and to be able to perform live there will be a very special night. Can't wait to see you all!"
The Barracks at North Head is an historically significant space which features art deco buildings and a parade ground.
Night at the Barracks is the first concert series to be held at the site and will see more than 650 performers and event professionals employed.
They will work closely with local businesses including hospitality, transport and tourism providers to reinvigorate the Sydney economy.
The event is supported by the Australian Government's RISE Fund, Destination NSW and Northern Beaches Council.
Tourism minister Stuart Ayres said the diverse event program would provide a welcome boost for the northern beaches economy.
"This is a great example of an innovative approach to rebooting and growing our visitor economy, by celebrating our unique assets and outstanding local talent," he said.
"The concert series will support local businesses by drawing people to Manly and surrounds, while also providing employment for more than 650 performers and event staff which is critical for the creative industries at this time."
